1. When does Skate Night start and how much does it cost? Skate Night begins at 6pm on Friday nights. Between 6pm-7pm, the floor is open to elementary school skaters only. Other activities, including air hockey, Dance Revolution, and Guitar Hero, are open to everyone and are found in the Whitmore Room. Bring your pocket change, as the kitchen is open and will certainly lure you in with the smell of pizza, popcorn, churros and other yummy treats, including candy and sodas. The entrance cost for Skate Night is $5. 2. How much does it cost to rent the gym for my own skate party? Skate parties in our gym are very popular! Parties are a minimum of two (2) hours long for $80, plus a cleaning deposit. This use fee is for up to 17 skaters and includes the skate rental, a skate room attendant and use of the sound system (remember to bring your own favorite CDs). Every additional skater over 17 is $4.00 per skater. If you would like to have a party longer than two (2) hours, it is $2.00 per skater per hour in addition to the base price for the party. Therefore, if you would like to host a skate party for 15 skaters for three (3) hours, the cost would be $110 ($80 base price + $30 for the additional hour (15 skaters x $2)). You are welcome to bring food (pizza, cake, beverages, etc.) for your party, just remember to only eat on the lower balcony and not on the gym floor.
