Rental facilities

The Key Peninsula Civic Center offers rental space for meetings, classes, skate parties, birthdays, anniversaries, sweet 16 parties, weddings, fundraisers, special events and more. Individual rooms are available for rental, with combinations of rooms available at a discounted rate. Tables and chairs are provided.

50% of the rental fee is due at the time of rental to secure the space, with the remaining 50% and a damage/cleaning deposit due 15 days prior to the event.

All renters are responsible for set-up, tear-down and clean-up of their event, during the time of their rental.

When hosting an event at the Key Peninsula Civic Center, please make sure you have all the necessary permits, which may include any/all of the following: WSLCB banquet permit, Fire Marshal special event permit, TPCHD temporary event permit, Pierce County special event permit, Pierce County Land Use or Signage permit, or that your catering company is properly licensed.

In some cases, renters may be required to supply a General Liability Insurance Certificate of Insurance that names KPCC as a Primary-Non Contributory Additional Insured and show a $1,000,000 limit of liability, at least 30 days prior to the rental. This is not a common requirement.
